Create a Front page Magazine Image

To give a Front page magazine image effect:

Follow the following steps:

1. 
   Open a new file by clicking onFile>Open.
2. Open a photo by clicking onFile>Open.
3. Drag the photo to your new file canvas. Adjust the size of your photo to your canvas size. Click onCTRL+T to get Transform Tool. Adjust the size of the photo. Click Ok. Your photo is ready to work on.
4. Go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Click on ok. 

5. A screen named Gaussian Blur will appear. Click 7 pixels on Radius. Click OK.

      6. Press Ctrl+shift+F to get Fade Option.

      7.   A screen named Fade will appear. Change from Mode Normal to Mode to Screen.

      8.   Again go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Click on ok .

      9.  Click 8 pixels on Radius. Click Ok.

     10.  Press Ctrl+shift+F to get Fade Option.

     11. A screen named Fade will appear. Change from Mode Normal to Mode to Soft Light.
